Sunny Deol and wife Pooja Deol made a rare appearance together at the Mumbai airport, giving fans an unusual glimpse into the actor’s personal family life.
Bollywood actor Sunny Deol was seen in public with his wife Pooja Deol on Tuesday morning and the couple was captured at the Mumbai airport. The scene immediately attracted attention online as Sunny and Pooja have largely kept their personal lives away from the public eye and are rarely photographed together.
The video shared by paparazzo Rohit Saraiya on Instagram shows Sunny arriving at the airport in an olive green shirt paired with blue denim, white sneakers and black sunglasses. Carrying a small travel bag, the actor was seen walking briskly towards the security entrance, after which he stopped to wait for Pooja, who followed behind in a beige shirt over black trousers with minimal styling and glasses.

A rare glimpse of Sunny and Pooja together
The appearance stood out because Sunny and Pooja have maintained a remarkably personal relationship over the decades. Unlike many Bollywood celebrity couples, the two rarely make public appearances together or attend industry events together.

One of the few occasions where Pooja was seen in public with the Deol family was during the wedding celebrations of her son Karan Deol. Still, the family largely limited their interactions with the media.
Deol family’s long-standing secrecy
The women of the Deol family have traditionally stayed away from the limelight. Late Dharmendra’s first wife Prakash Kaur was rarely seen in public over the years, while Sunny’s sisters Vijeta Deol and Ajita Deol also stayed away from regular media attention.
Before becoming a superstar in Bollywood, Sunny married Pooja in the 1980s. Despite her decades-long career and huge fan following, Pooja has consistently maintained a low profile and has rarely spoken in public or attended film events.
