There are reports that singer and actor Sudhanshu Pandey might be a part of the 18th season of reality show ‘Bigg Boss’. Pandey recently quit the television show ‘Anupamaa’, in which he played the character of Vanraj, which further fuelled the speculation. Now, he has clarified the rumour.

Sudhanshu Pandey said in an interview to the Indian Express, “The news of me joining ‘Bigg Boss 18’ is false.” “In any case, that show is not for an actor like me. God willing, one day I will definitely host it, but will not be there as a participant,” he said.

This happened during an Instagram live Pandey shared the news of leaving ‘Anupama’He said in the video, “Amidst so much love, with a heavy heart, I would like to inform you all that I will not be a part of the show. I will not be a part of the show from this Raksha Bandhan.”

In an exclusive interview with IndiaToday.in, he also said that people are constantly sending him messages to come back on the show and some fans are even ready to fast for his return. Speculation of rift with co-star Rupali GangulyHe had told us, “I haven’t unfollowed anyone. In fact, Rupali shared something with me on WhatsApp. Why would I do that? It’s not like we’re teenagers who have grown apart. We’re mature professionals. I don’t know if it’s the other way round but I find it very childish. It doesn’t reflect our personalities well.”

Earlier, viral Baba Aniruddhacharya had revealed that he was approached for ‘Bigg Boss 18’ and was being offered good money, but he rejected it as the show does not suit his culture.
