Stranger Things Final season Raps Filming, set for November 2025 release
Stranger Things have completed the filming for their final season, marking the end of a prestigious science-fi saga. Cast and creators farewell to the emotional, with the release on the horizon at the end of 2025.

Netflix’s Classic Science-Fi thriller series Stranger Things is a step close to its epic closing, with filming for its fifth and final season, now officially wrapped.
After wooing the audience for almost a decade with his supernatural story and the appeal of the 1980s, Stranger Things have been designed to make their last bow. Netflix confirmed in December 2024 that production was completed in the much awaited fifth season.
The series co-producer Ross Duffer reflected in a tearful Instagram post, mentioning that most of the hair actors grew on the set.
“They are more than just actors – they are families,” they posted. Dafar appreciated the crew for his dedication, saying that the team had tried tirelessly to create a powerful and full end.
In January 2024, the production for the season Five formally resumed. By July 15, the series premiere’s eight-year anniversary-team had already reached half the path.
Cast members called experience bittersweet. Saddy Sink (Max) stated that the artists “tasting every moment”, while Jamie Campbell Bover (Vica) vowed that the final season “surely seems bigger than those who are earlier”.
