Silambarson TR recently unveiled its character poster for its next film, titled Str51. The film is scheduled to release in 2026. Now, the film’s director, Ashwath Marimuthu has given details about it.
In an interview with SS Music, Ashwath weighed how Silambaron starrer introduced him as a “God of Love”, but is a different beauty for what is usually depicted.
In his conversation, the director said, “Character is the god of love, but it is not a love story. The film is definitely for fans, but it also has elements that expect the audience to me. We have announced its announcement The film was earlier unveiled how a vintage style would be stricken flicks.
Continuing on the same, the director revealed how the announcement was a different kind of nature to shoot photos for the poster and character poster. While he and his entire team made A mockup to prepare the actor, the actual photoshoot made it more amazing.
Additionally, the director explained how to be a friendly person in Str life leads to transition to a menacing version on the screen. He also said that there are many flaws in the character in this film.

Moving forward, director Ashwath Marimuthu is soon set to hit a big screen with the film Dragon this year. The film, released on February 21, 2025, today stars Pyar Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead role.
The film is said to be an upcoming comedy-drama about a disturbing college student Raghavan, which, after a devastating breakup, decides to quickly succeed by entering the world of financial fraud.
Along with Pradeep’s head, the film also stars actors Anupama Parameshewaran, Kayedu Lohar, George Marine, Indrati Manikandan, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Messkin and many other lead roles.
On the other hand, Silambaron TR film is set to appear in the film Thug Life, which shows Kamal Haasan as the lead actor. Mani Ratnam Direction Gangster Action Flick has been slated to release on 5 June 2025.
