Filmmaker SS Rajamouli shocked everyone when he opened up about a tragic accident that happened to him and his wife Rama Rajamouli. The unfortunate incident happened when Rajamouli was shooting for his iconic film ‘Magadheera’ with Ram Charan and Kajal Aggarwal.

The ‘RRR’ director made this shocking revelation in his Netflix documentary ‘Modern Masters’.

Recalling the incident, Rajamouli said that he was in such a shock that tears welled up in his eyes. The filmmaker also revealed that he called all the doctors he knew, as his wife had lost a lot of blood due to the shock and was paralyzed in her lower back.

“The nearest hospital was 60 kilometres away. I was so scared. A thought crossed my mind, ‘Am I praying to God for help?’ But I didn’t. I just kept crying like crazy and calling the doctors and doing what needed to be done.”

He further added, “I think at some point I chose Karma Yoga as my way of life. My work is my God. I have great respect for cinema,” Rajamouli added. This anecdote grabbed everyone’s attention, as a few years ago, the Baahubali director had revealed that he is an atheist.
