Sri Sri Ravi Shankar offers a way to deal with war-inspired anxiety
The emotional toll of a situation like war can be heavy, but Gurudev provides a way to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to face.
When India launched Operation Sindoor, a targeted military strike against terrorist camps in Pakistan and Pakistan after the Pahgam terror attack on tourists, the results were not limited to not only borders or surrounding areas. It also influenced civil life in India, as much as you can imagine. There was uncertainty, and, the most important thing is that the mental state of citizens was affected on a large scale.
Today’s Sneha Mordani of India brought this concern directly to spiritual leader Gurudev Sri Ravi Shankar, asked him about emotional tolls for those who are hostile to citizens, and this is what he said: “We are good in making dialogue. We are good to understand each other and we are very good.
He expanded the power of perspective and the importance of removing the matter of how we see difficult times.
“I would say, don’t even call it a problem, call it a challenge. Because when you say it is a challenge, you are already gearing up to face it. But if you see it as a problem, it loses weight to you.”
While presenting a way to cope, he emphasized balanced mental strength with practical equipment. “So, either through prayer or through action, you can take care of your state of mind.”
When asked about him on Operation Sindoor, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar called it a ‘hour need’.
“We do not stand for violence. We do not stand for hate. But this is something that was to be done. It is the enemy of mankind, you know, not only our country. Even Pakistan has been suffering due to terrorism. And in the case when there are hubs of terrorism, which are growing in any part of the world and teach them everything.” Said.
