Newly unveiled two-minute, 39-second trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day Reveals a lonely reality for Peter Parker. Since the world is now completely oblivious to his secret identity, he has isolated himself and dedicated his life entirely to protecting New York City as Spider-Man.
However, the latest footage suggests that carrying the responsibility alone is beginning to take a toll on him, even as the story hints at a bigger confrontation involving Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner and the Hulk.
The upcoming film hints that Peter’s powers are changing in unexpected ways, leaving him struggling to maintain control. It also highlights his fragile emotional state after huge sacrifices no way home. Completely isolated from everyone who once knew and loved him, Peter is shown from a distance watching as their lives go on without him.
Several scenes indicate that Spider-Man’s physical abilities are developing beyond his understanding, creating a threat that appears to be both internal and external. One of the main attractions is the appearance of Bruce Banner brand new Day Teasing a significant confrontation between Spider-Man and the Hulk, although the reason for the confrontation is not revealed.
The closing moments of the promo also retain Spider-Man’s trademark humor. In one scene, which appears to be surrounded by a tactical team, Peter says he needed a moment before adding, “I’m not in high school anymore. Do you stretch? Are you a big stretcher? It’s great for you.”
The film returns Holland as well as a number of familiar faces including Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando and Mark Ruffalo. New additions to the franchise include Sadie Sink, Trammell Tillman, Liza Colon-Zayas and Marvin Jones II.

The film is set for theatrical release in India on July 30.
