The makers of Spider-Man: Brand New Day have released a new trailer that shows Peter Parker’s emotional journey after No Way Home. It also shows an intense confrontation between Spider-Man and the angry Hulk before the film’s release.

Retelling the events of the previous film, the trailer offers a glimpse of the new challenges that await Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, while featuring an action-packed showdown with the Hulk.
The 2 minute 37 second trailer begins with Peter Parker living a lonely life in New York after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home. His girlfriend MJ (Zendaya) and best friend Ned (Jacob Batalon) no longer remember him, leaving Peter to bear the burden of his secret identity alone.

It includes several flashbacks to the first three films, revisiting Peter’s relationship with MJ and Ned and reminding the audience of how his journey has led to this point. It also hints at the emotional conflict that Peter faces as he almost tells MJ the truth, but stops himself in an attempt to save her.
However, Peter’s personal struggles soon take a back seat as a greater threat looms. The trailer introduces a dramatic transformation sequence involving the Hulk.
Peter asks, “Dr. Banner?” Hulk replied, “No banner, only Hulk!”
The action heats up as the Hulk goes on a rampage and tackles Spider-Man to the ground, making it what appears to be one of the biggest confrontations of the film.
The trailer also hints at betrayal, trust issues, and the heavy responsibility that falls on Spider-Man’s shoulders as he fights to protect the universe.
Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day Stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Sadie Sink, Liza Colon-Zayas, Jon Bernthal and Michael Mando. Mando reprises his role as Scorpion, while Bernthal joins the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the Punisher.
Based on the Marvel Comics created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, the film is produced by Kevin Feige, Amy Pascal, Avi Arad and Rachel O’Connor. Louis D’Esposito and David Cain serve as executive producers.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day It is set to release in theaters on July 30.
