These days online fraud has become prevalent, and even popular Bollywood celebs are falling prey to it. After Patal Public Actress Tilotama Shom, singer Sonu Nigam claimed that someone had wrongly used her identity. It was also learned that people are posting controversial things under their name on X.
Sonu Nigam recently took on her Instagram handle and alerted her fans about online fraud, whom he has become a victim. The senior singer said in his post that someone is misusing them online. He added, “Please note that no person of my team has reached anyone from my side for any reason. If someone claims to be from my management and contacts you with blue, please treat it with caution!”

In the long note, Pal Pal Har Pal singer further expressed that it is not on the microblogging site X (East Twitter) for the last 8 years. However, some accounts that people may assume that they are actually run by someone else and often post controversial things under their names.
“If you get into such fake accounts or messages, please report and block. Thanks to those who have sent the issue to me. And for your constant support and understanding, thanks to my extended family very much,” the singer expressed.
In the caption, the Nigam took a moment to make some important clear. He said, “If you come in any suspect/fake messages under my name, it would be great if you can report or block the account. Thank you everyone for your support and understanding.”
A day earlier, the Patal public actress Tilotama Shom also alerted fans when the fraudsters used their names to lion others. She took her social media handle and said, “This is not my number. The picture being used as DP is from our film @bakshobondifilm. It was removed. Whatever you can be, please do not use my name to ask people you know for things.”
