Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are now married. The two got married today in the presence of their family and friends in Mumbai. Sonakshi and Zaheer made the official announcement of their marriage on Instagram.
After her post, her fans started congratulating her and also shared inside videos from her wedding ceremony. These showed Sonakshi getting emotional while entering as the bride, while one showed Zaheer giving his wife a cute kiss on the cheek after registering their marriage.

Aayush Sharma wished the couple on his Instagram Stories. He shared a video in which Zaheer Iqbal is seen hugging Sonakshi Sinha and kissing her on the cheek. They both were seen with big smiles and Sonakshi also clapped while people around them cheered.
Aayush wrote, “All the best to @iamzahero and @aslisona for this new chapter in their lives. Keep smiling and laughing like you both have been doing for so long and now forever. Couldn’t be happier than this.”
Priyank Sharma, a friend of the newlywed couple, gave a glimpse of Sonakshi’s bridal entry. Dressed in a beautiful cream coloured saree, Sonakshi looked emotional as she walked down the aisle, with the song Afreen Afreen playing in the background. Saqib Saleem was seen holding a flower chaadar along with other guests.
In another clip shared by Priyank, Zaheer was seen taking blessings from Sonakshi’s parents Shatrughan Sinha and Poonam Sinha.

Priyank also shared a beautiful picture of the couple. In the photo, Zaheer was looking lovingly at his wife. Another friend of Zaheer posted a picture of the groom in which he is captured in a happy moment. The caption read, “May you always keep smiling baby.” A picture showing Sonakshi’s bridal look was also shared on Instagram.
Meanwhile, Sonakshi’s close friend Huma Qureshi posted her look for the wedding. She was decked in a purple ethnic suit while her brother Saqib Saleem wore a yellow kurta for the occasion.
Meanwhile, several Bollywood celebrities including Ananya Panday, Parineeti Chopra, Ayushmann Khurrana, among others sent heartfelt wishes to Sona and Zaheer on social media.
