Singham Again, directed by Rohit Shetty and starring Ajay Devgan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff and Arjun Kapoor, is nearing its end at the box office.
Singham Again earns Rs 6.35 crore in fourth week; Cum near Rs 235 crore
Bankrolled by Jio Studios, mass cop action-drama Singham Again added Rs 6.35 crore in its fourth week. Of these, Rs 3.95 crore came from the weekend, while it earned Rs 2.40 crore on weekdays and Rs 60 lakh on a daily basis.
The film had earned a grand total of Rs 163.75 crore in the first week. It performed well and added Rs 47.75 crore and Rs 16.10 crore in the second and third weeks respectively. The total earning of Singham Again currently stands at Rs 233.95 crore at the Indian box office.
Singham Again eyes dramatic ending under Rs 240 crore
The Diwali release faced a major clash with Kartik Aryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which led to a significant decline in its business. The big-budget film was charting high in its first week; However, it went backwards from the second weekend onwards.
Singham Again is expected to benefit from Cinema Lovers’ Day on Friday (November 29), with tickets available at discounted rates of Rs 99 per entry. It has already sold around 17 thousand tickets at PVR Inox for the occasion. There are still a few more days left for the film to remain in theaters until Pushpa 2 comes out. Police Action is eyeing a collection of between Rs 237 to 240 crore at the Indian box office.
