Siddharth takes a dig at Pushpa 2’s Patna event: Even a JCB will attract the crowd…
While Pushpa 2: The Rule is breaking box office records, actor Sidharth’s recent comments have sparked controversy. He questioned the authenticity of the film’s crowd drawing strategy during the trailer launch event in Patna and compared it to a construction site.

Pushpa 2: The Rule, directed by Sukumar, has been running successfully in theaters since its release on December 5. This film starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna is breaking records. However, actor Siddharth recently courted controversy with his comments on the film during the promotion of his own film Miss You. He compared Pushpa’s Patna program to a JCB excavation site.
Siddharth shares his views on the huge crowd that gathered in Patna, Bihar for the grand trailer launch of Pushpa 2. Dismissing the gathering as a publicity strategy, he suggested that large crowds in India do not necessarily reflect the quality of the event. He compared the way people gathered at the excavation site to the JCB.
Siddharth reportedly remarked that organizing such events naturally attracts people and claimed that the turnout in Bihar was not extraordinary. He argued that if the size of the crowd equaled the quality, then political parties would win elections on the basis of their rallies.
According to a video shared by trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan, Siddharth said, “This is also marketing. In India, gathering of people is not an issue. Even if you deploy JCB in our country , so it will attract the crowd, it’s no big deal.” See a huge crowd in Bihar, if you block a huge ground and arrange something, people will definitely come, they have a song and a movie.
Siddharth further said, “In India, there is no relation between big crowd and quality. If it is so, then all political parties should win because they see big crowd. At that time, it was called Biryani and Quarter Packet Gang It’s easy to be welcomed as a king when you have applause.
