As the veteran film ‘Sholay’ reaches its 50th anniversary next week, the film Heritage Foundation has restored this prestigious Bollywood classic in amazing 4K. To mark the Golden Jubilee of Ek one of the most famous films of Indian cinema, there will be a premiere of the restored version in a special gala screening on 6 September, 2025 during the 50th edition of the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
The film Heritage Foundation announced the North American premiere on social media.
