Shiv Rajkumar’s look from Ram Charan’s Peddi unveiled on his birthday
The makers of the Telugu film ‘Peddi’ have named the character of Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar as Gornaydu on their birthday. The film is scheduled for a global release on March 27, 2026.

The producers of the upcoming Telugu film ‘Peddi’ have revealed the name of the character of Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar as Gornayedu on their birthday on 12 July. The announcement was made through the film’s production house, older cinema, its official X account, which shares a new poster that highlights the character of Rajkumar.
The film directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who gained fame with ‘Uppana’, has been prepared to release globally on 27 March, 2026. The poster was with a caption, which wrote, “Happy Team #Peddi ‘March 27, 2026. Global star @alwaysramcharan @nimmashivanna #Janhvikapoor @buchibabusana.”

Along with Shiva Rajkumar, the film features Ram Charan in the lead role, with an important artist including Janhvi Kapoor and Jagapati Babu. Music for ‘Peddi’ is composed by Oscar winning composer AR Rahman, who promises a highly anticipated soundtrack.
A teaser named ‘Peddi First Shot’ depicted the character of Ram Charan in a gritty setting. He is seen illuminating a BD and passes through a dusty ground because the audience has made him happy.
‘Paddi’ is manufactured under Sukumar Writing, which is the home banner of director Sukumar. The film also stars ‘Mirzapur’ fame Divendu and actor Janhvi Kapoor in important roles.
