Shabana Azmi addressed concerns over comparison between her Netflix show Dabba Cartel and Dimple Kapadia’s mother -in -law, daughter -in -law and Flemingo, emphasizing unique elements of each series.

Shabana Azmi-Lad ‘Dabba Cartel’ has fallen on Netflix and is already winning his heart with its impressive performance. However, since its first look was revealed, many have compared Dimple Kapadia’s ‘mother -in -law, daughter -in -law and flamingo’. In a special chat with India Today Digital, the team dismissed similarities, although Azmi admitted that she was also worried about it initially.
“Before watching the show, I was worried that we would be directly compared to the show. However, Shibani (Shibani Akhtar, the creator of Dabba Cartel) believed and I was assured that it would not happen. Given his confidence, I was also relieved. Boli.
