The picture is proof that she has always walked the path dedicated to fitness and never took any detours. Her conscious health choices have gifted her a dream physique that we all want to aspire to. “One year ago today. Now it’s another story,” she wrote in the caption. In December last year, Sayani Gupta shared another throwback picture on Instagram. She looked drenched in sweat, which underlines a tough physical activity. Like everyone else, the actress also admitted that she either exercises too much or has trouble exercising regularly. But the actress is always ready to exercise before any professional commitment, highlighting her grit and determination.

“May came back to haunt me. It was a month of dedicated WO (workouts) before a film. I keep getting asked if I exercise regularly, to which the answer is no. As my very patient trainer reminded me, this time I started again after a 10-day workout break followed by a 40-day hiatus before that. I am someone who oscillates between extremes. I can be very disciplined for a few months at the most and struggle to stay consistent. I have now accepted this fact without any resistance. But I tell myself… as long as I bounce back, it’s probably okay. But sometimes you have to find a way to not completely undo the gains. In my case, it happens several times a year,” she honestly confessed.
