Akshay Kumar is back with yet another inspirational story. The first full trailer of ‘Sarfira’ was released on June 18. The film is an inspirational drama set in the dynamic world of start-ups and aviation. It is a Hindi remake of Surya’s National Award-winning film ‘Soorarai Pottru’.

In the released trailer of ‘Sarfira’, we see Akshay Kumar as a common man whose aim is to make air travel affordable for common people. He starts a company and fights against the management to start air travel for Rs 1 for common people like him. During his struggle, he encounters the owner of a major airline, played by Paresh Rawal, who becomes his adversary in his path to success.

Releasing in theatres worldwide on July 12, ‘Sarfira’ promises to enthrall audiences with its powerful narrative that inspires the common man to dream big and pursue his aspirations, no matter how impossible they may seem.

Earlier, Akshay has done similar acting in films like ‘Baby’, ‘Airlift’, ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ and ‘OMG’.

‘Sarfira’ is directed by Sudha Kongara, who also directed the original film ‘Soorarai Pottru’.

Written by Sudha Kongara and Shalini Ushadevi, with dialogues by Pooja Tolani and music by GV Prakash Kumar, ‘Sarfira’ will release in theatres on July 12.
