Sara Arjun expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the audience for the overwhelming response her debut film Dhurandhar received and described their support as “always grateful”.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the action drama released on December 5 and has already crossed the Rs 1000 crore mark at the worldwide box office, emerging as one of the biggest blockbusters of the year.
In a heartfelt note, Sara reflected on the conversation about cinema and audience attention and credited the audience for proving those notions wrong. He wrote, “My strongest stalwart – the audience…For long, the narrative has been that audiences no longer have the patience for long-form storytelling, that attention spans have shrunk, that cinema no longer finds its place. But you proved otherwise. You reminded everyone of the true power of the audience and what happens when people come together to support something they truly believe in.”
The 20-year-old actor said that the journey of the film has impressed him a lot. ‘Travel’stalwart‘Whatever this is is because of you. She wrote, “I’m just starting out, and getting this kind of encouragement so early on for the film I’m a part of and the work I’m trying to do means more to me than words can express. It makes me stronger.” He wrote while giving credit to the producers for the success of the film. “The credit goes to the makers. I’m forever grateful to have been a part of it.”

The film is produced by Aditya Dhar and Lokesh Dhar under B62 Studios in collaboration with Jyoti Deshpande of Jio Studios.
