The first is the traditional free storage upgrade. Note that the Galaxy S25 now has 12GB of RAM, but its base storage is 128GB. This means that pre-ordered units will be the next tier – 256GB. On Plus and Ultra pre-orders, you will get a phone with 512GB storage instead.
