Openai CEO, Sam Altman, thinks that the youth starting their careers today have great advantage, even though AI is expected to change the job market in great ways. Talk to Chlo Abram On “Vishal agar truth” Podcast, Altman said that if he was currently graduating from the university, “I would feel like the luckiest child in history.” Many people are worried that AI will cause large -scale job loss, and Altman admitted that “some sections of jobs would go completely.” But they believe that young people are better in adjusting changes than old workers. He said, “I am more concerned about what it means, not for a 22 -year -old child, but for 62 -year -old, who does not want to call a retrane or a racekil or whatever it wants to call it,” he said in podcast, ” Fate Report.

Altman’s optimism comes from the possibilities offered by powerful equipment like Openai’s latest model, GPT-5. He talked about a future where a person can start a billion-dollar company and create amazing products without the need of large teams that were required once. This, he says, gives the youth a chance to try new ideas, build quickly and innovate as before. Nevertheless, he did not ignore the dangers. He said that the prophecies that “entry-level white-collar workforce would be replaced by AI” could be true within five years. Nevertheless, they believe that new roles will appear, “fully new, exciting, super well-paid, super interesting jobs”, and even in the future, missions on missions to detect solar system were conceived.
