Salman Khan’s sister Arpita Khan and her actor husband Aayush Sharma are a popular couple in Bollywood. The couple recently sold their famous party residence in Bandra for Rs 22 crore. According to media reports, he has now bought a luxurious new house in Worli.
Ayush and Arpita bought their Bandra residence in 2022 for Rs 10 crore. As per Hindustan Times report, the property is located in the Khar West suburb of Mumbai.
Khar Property is located on the 12th floor of the Flying Carpet skyscraper developed by Satguru Developers. The apartment is spread over 1,750 sq ft and includes four designated parking spaces.
According to documents reviewed by Zapkey, Arpita registered the property on February 4, 2024 and paid stamp duty of Rs 40 lakh. This property is located near Bombay Gymkhana, with rental prices ranging from Rs 1.75 lakh to Rs 2 lakh per month.
According to a viral post on social media, by 2024 he has sold his Khar residence for Rs 22 crore. Details about their new home in Worli are unknown, as they have not made any official announcement yet.
Arpita Khan Sharma married actor Aayush Sharma in 2014, and the couple have two children: their son Ahil, born in 2016, and their daughter Ayat, born in 2019.
On the professional front, Aayush will be seen in Kwatha with Isabelle Kaif. The film takes inspiration from real events related to the Indian Army and is directed by Karan Lalit Butani, with the screenplay written by Karan Butani.
Sharma is recognized for her notable performances in films like Loveyatri, Antim and Ruslaan. She has also worked in various music videos, including Chumma Chumm, Manjha, Pehli Pehli Barish, Tera Hoke Nachda Phira and Galati.
On the other hand, Salman is currently busy shooting for the film Sikandar produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and directed by AR Murugadoss.
