According to a report published in The Hollywood reporter, Salman Khan was offered films from several filmmakers since Alexander’s release in March. However, the superstar has finalized his next film, based on the Galwan Valley 2020 conflict.
According to the source of publishing, the prepared actor has shown his interest in the film, based on the Galvan Valley Conflict, which broke into the territory of Ladakh in Indian territory between Indian and Chinese troops in June 2020.
The report said that director Apoorva Lakhia is a front-raner to direct the upcoming war-drama film. He is previously known for Heling projects such as Lokhandwala, Mission Istanbul, and much more.
It is being said that if the Khan moves forward, Lakhia will start working on the shooting deadline. Salman’s production banner, supported by Salman Khan Films, will be shot in Ladakh. If the report is to be believed, Khan had the film of Ali Abbas Zafar, Kabir Khan and Siddharth Anand, with which he has supported the past in films like Sultan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Pathan respectively.
For Anward, the issue of the Galwan Valley refers to a military clash in the Galvan Valley, a disputed area with a line of real control (LAC) in Ladakh.
It marked the first deadly border struggle between India and China in about 60 years. The clash arising out of prolonged dispute over the region in the surrounding area of Aksai Chin, claimed by India but is controlled by China.
On the other hand, Pinkvilla also learned earlier this month that Salman gave the screenwriter V. Meeting Vijayendra Prasad, pointing to the possible support of Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2. Nevertheless, still, nothing was finalized.
