Grammy-winner pop star Sabrina Carpenter formally revealed her new album, man’s best friend, who falls on August 29. The news was revealed in a random Instagram Live on Wednesday morning, when Carpenter browsed himself before revealing himself through vinyl records by icons such as Donna Summer, ABBA, and Dolly Partane.

The unveiling also shown preview of the album’s racei cover art, which shows the artist on all fours as a person in black pants, draws his hair – a courageous image that immediately attracted people’s attention.

The first single, manchild, was released last week from the album and has already left its mark. Co-written with Jack Antonoff and Amy Allen, the song climbed on Spotify US and number 1 on the global chart. The tune was paired with a cinematic music video by Vania Heman and Gal Mugia, which created even more enthusiasm for the release.

As mentioned by the variety, Man’s best friend will be Carpenter’s seventh studio album and last year’s short n ‘Sweet’s heels fall on the heels, which was released in August 2024.

The album itself is a 10 million-copy seller globally and also received six grammy enrollment, including “Best Pop Vocal albums” and “Best Pop Solo Performance” for Espresso.

Carpenter is also preparing to take this decline on stage for the second North American leg of its small N ‘Sweet Tour. His sold tour in Pittsburgh on 23 October is going on and will stop in major cities such as New York, Nashville, Toronto and Los Angeles. The highlights include five shows at the Madison Square Garden and six shows at Crypto.com Arina, where the tour will end on 23 November.
