Reliance Jio has rolled out a new offer ahead of Diwali, giving customers a chance to get 1 year of free JioAirFiber connection under its ‘Diwali Dhamaka’ promotion. The offer is available for new and existing JioFiber as well as JioAirFiber users and can be availed by shopping at the Reliance Digital Store or opting for special Diwali plans. But, there’s a big catch. Here’s everything you need to know.

New customers looking to get a JioAirFiber or JioFiber connection can avail this offer by spending Rs 20,000 or more at any Reliance Digital or MyJio store. The price seems quite high for eligibility, but this offer is likely to benefit those who are already planning to buy products like ACs, fridges, TVs or phones.

Moreover, existing JioAirFiber users can also avail this offer by recharging with the 3-month Diwali plan priced at Rs 2,222, which will make them eligible for 1 year of free service. Existing JioFiber users can also avail the offer by doing a one-time advance recharge of the same plan.

According to Reliance Jio, eligible customers will receive 12 coupons throughout the year from November 2024 to October 2025. These coupons will be equal to the value of the user’s active JioAirFiber plan and can be redeemed at any Reliance Digital, MyJio, JioPoint or JioMart Digital exclusive stores. But, to use the coupons, customers must make a purchase of Rs 15,000 or more on electronics within 30 days of receiving each coupon.

Diwali Dhamaka offer is valid from September 18, 2024 to November 3, 2024.
