Reliance Industries (RIL), led by billionaire Mukesh Ambani, will announce its financial results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2025 at the scheduled board meeting on Friday, April 25, April 25.

The board will also discuss the possibility of raising funds through, secure or insecure, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs), based on private placement.

In addition, the board will recommend a dividend on equity shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.

In the previous trading session, the stock of RIL was 2.9% higher on BSE. However, in the past year, the stock has dropped by more than 13%, though it has increased more than 17% in the last two years.

      In Q3 FY22, Reliance Industries recorded the growth of the year-by-year (YO) in its integrated net profit, which has reached Rs 18,540 crore. The income of the performance increased by 7% to Rs. 2.43 lakh crore.

      The digital arm of the company, Geo platforms, has increased its net profit by 26%, which has reached Rs 6,861 crore, while 19% of the revenue was improved by 38,750 crore.

      Meanwhile, EBITDA growth by O2C business is Rs 2% to Rs. Showing strong operating performance with Rs 14,402 crore. The revenue of the segment also increased by 6% to Rs. 1.49 lakh crore.

      Reliance Retail, RIL’s customer-facing business, recorded a revenue growth of 9% Yoy in Q3. The gradual growth was even stronger at 18%, with productivity improvement initiatives, and the engagement of consumers has increased during the festive period by new product projections and B ones.

      According to Trendlin data, the average target price for RIL stock is Rs. 1,550, which shows the current market price of 22%. The consensus recommendation of 35 analysts is ‘bye’.
