Reason 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection Second Weekend: Dream run of Savin Sa’s film continues, earning Rs 163 in 11 days

Malayalam film Vaazah 2 continues to perform well at the box office. Directed by Savin Sa, the film performed well in the second weekend and made 11-day global earnings of Rs. Earning of Rs 163.25 crore. Out of this he got approximately Rs. 80 crore from Kerala alone, while the rest of the Indian markets contributed Rs. 10.50 crores.

Starring a group of newcomers, Waza 2 found a significant audience in international markets as well. It exceeded Rs. ₹72.75 crore (US$7.8 million), of which US$5.8 million came from the Middle East alone. Based on current trends, the coming-of-age comedy drama will cross Rs. By the end of second Monday, Rs 170 crore was earned.

The film is currently the sixth highest grossing film of Malayalam cinema at the global box office. It will surpass Tovino Thomas’s 2018 lifetime high (Rs 175.50 crore) by tomorrow, and then move towards Rs. 200 crore box office club. As said, the Hasheer starrer turned out to be a huge blockbuster at the worldwide box office.

After the success ofReason: Biopic of one billion boysProducer and writer Vipin Das returned with a sequel titled ‘Waza 2: Biopic of a Billion Brothers’. Directed by Savin Sa, the film stars Hashir, Alan Bin Siraj, Ajin Joy and Vinayak in lead roles.

It is composed by the band Malayali Monkeys with Rajat Prakash (Hatsmith), Parvathish Pradeep, Razi, Muthu, Arkado, Jazeer Muhammad, Ashwin Aryan and Electronic Killy, while A Team handled the background score. Music directed by Ankit Menon. Akhil Lailasuran took charge of the cinematography and Kannan Mohan served as the editor.
