Ranveer Singh-Deepika’s casual dosa date with father Jagjit, picture goes viral
Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh posed for pictures with restaurant staff during the Mumbai outing, which was also attended by Singh’s father Jagjit Singh Bhavnani. This rare public appearance quickly went viral.
Actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were recently seen enjoying a casual outing in Mumbai when they visited a popular eatery in Chowpatty with Ranveer’s father Jagjit Singh Bhavnani. In a picture shared by the restaurant on social media, the trio are seen happily posing with the staff.
In the picture posted by Benne restaurant on Instagram, Ranveer is seen posing for a smiling selfie wearing a black T-shirt, white cap and sunglasses. Deepika stood next to him in a black T-shirt, flashing the peace sign and smiling, her hair tied in a bun and sunglasses in her hand. Jagjit Singh Bhavnani stood behind him and the staff gathered for some time.

The outing comes soon after Deepika attended sitarist Rishabh Rikhiram Sharma’s live concert in Mumbai. She was accompanied by her sister-in-law Ritika Bhavnani and mother-in-law Anju Bhavnani and was seen wearing a red, gold and black suit with her hair tied in a bun.

On the work front, Ranveer was last seen Dhurandhar 2An espionage action thriller which released in theaters on March 19. The sequel to the 2025 film, it follows his character Hamza Ali Mazari’s rise in the Karachi underworld and traces his origins as Indian spy Jaskirat Singh Rangi.
The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun and Rakesh Bedi in lead roles.

Meanwhile, Deepika was last seen Singham Again and preparing for it King With Shahrukh Khan. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film will release in December 2026 and stars Suhana Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Abhay Verma, Abhishek Bachchan, Arshad Warsi and Jaideep Ahlawat.
She is also set to appear opposite Allu Arjun in filmmaker Atlee’s upcoming big budget project.
