Ahead of her due date, Lynne Laishram has opened up about her pregnancy with husband Randeep Hooda, revealing how the actor is preparing to welcome their first child, while also revealing that the couple suffered a miscarriage earlier this year. In a candid conversation, Lynn talked about gratitude, healing and the joy they are embracing now that they are expecting parents.
in conversation with etimesLynn spoke warmly of Randeep Hooda’s reaction to the pregnancy and his involvement during the journey. She shared, “Oh, he is loving every moment! It took a while for both of us to get into it, but he has been amazingly preparing himself, supporting me, and being there for everything I need. We moms somehow prepare ourselves as we feel the changes, but for dads he does everything as an observer and Randeep is really prioritizing ‘US’ in the middle of everything. It is so wonderful to see him in this place. It’s good.”
Reflecting on how pregnancy has brought new depth to their relationship, Lynn also opened up about the difficult times the couple went through earlier this year. “Accepting things as they are. After a miscarriage earlier this year, this was a hard place for both of us. However, we are deeply grateful and keeping our fingers crossed – and this has been nothing short of a beautiful gift!” Her pregnancy has been going well so far, she said, and she has very little morning sickness.
The soon-to-be mother also revealed that the couple’s delivery date is in March 2026 and also shared glimpses of their preparations. “We have talked about names, but nothing serious yet. The baby’s room is definitely our favorite topic. Randeep keeps sending me articles and ideas, which he believes will help us prepare. We are really enjoying it because it is our first… There is no room for anything other than joy, happiness and anticipation of the biggest joy of our lives.”
Earlier this year on November 29, as they celebrated their second wedding anniversary, Randeep Hooda and Lynn Laishram announced their pregnancy. Sharing a picture of the couple enjoying a bonfire, Randeep had written, “Two years of love, adventure, and now a little wildness on the way.”
Randeep and Lynn got married in an intimate Manipuri ceremony in 2023.
