Actor Randeep Hooda recalled his film ‘Highway’, and mentioned that he was not involved in the promotion of the film, while Ranbir Kapoor was. During his appearance on a podcast, the 48 -year -old revealed that he saw Kapoor promoting the film with Alia Bhatt and Imtiaz Ali, while he was to play the main character, left out of the entire campaign.

Hooda discussed whether it was during the promotion of ‘Highway’ whether Ranbir and Alia started falling in love. He said, “Maybe his love story has started. I wish him my best wishes. If this film brings him together, I am really happy for him.”

The actor then revealed that the producers decided to include him in promotion in the last two days before its release. “Maybe in the last or two days, the film was not taking pace, so he included me,” he concluded.
