Ridhima Kapoor Sahni, sister of Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, made her on-screen debut with the Drama-Reality Show Fantastic Lives vs Bollywood wives last year. He shared insight on various aspects of his life, including his brother Ranbir, Bhabhi Alia Bhatt and a lot in the show. Now, Ridhima opened the mysteries of diet in the Kapoor family, revealing that no one in his family follows a strict diet because everyone is a ‘food’.
In a clear conversation with the Fit Teck YouTube channel, Ridhima Kapoor Sahni shared, “Kapoor’s diet does not go together. They love their food and do not leave their food. They all eat a balanced diet but I don’t think there is someone in the family. Everyone has a diet.
Earlier, in an interview with Zoom, he shared how his brother, Ranbir Kapoor, were initially ‘nervous’ about his first on-screen appearance on Bollywood vs. Bollywood wives. Ridhima revealed that she was worried that she could “mess it up” or say something that should not have been called. However, she clarified that she speaks heartily and is not serious against anyone.
The Fantastic Lives vs Bollywood Wives Star also talked about his mother Neetu Kapoor Dhantana, which was watching the entire season on the first day and enjoying watching her. He further said that Neetu really loved the show and not only because her daughter is in her.
Coming to Ranbir, Ridhima Kapoor Sahni expressed that she does not know if she sees it and she never mentioned it. However, she shared that her sister -in -law Alia Bhatt, and her mother Soni Razdan saw and loved her.
