Ranbir Kapoor bullies me like an elder brother: Varun Dhawan
Varun Dhawan, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Baby John, opened up about his close relationship with his brother Rohit Dhawan and his friendship with Ranbir Kapoor. He told that whenever he is with Rohit, Ranbir often teases him.
Varun Dhawan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Baby John and is promoting it extensively. In a recent interview, the actor discussed his relationship with his elder brother Rohit Dhawan. He also revealed that Ranbir Kapoor is Rohit’s childhood friend and they all play pickleball together. Varun humorously told how Ranbir and Rohit threaten him when they are together. He said that when he is alone, Ranbir behaves differently, is friendly and kind, but when he is around Rohit, he takes on the role of ‘elder brother’.
During a conversation with Ranveer Allahabadia on his podcast, Varun Dhawan said, “Just yesterday, we were playing pickleball. I was playing against Rohit Dhawan and Ranbir Kapoor. They are childhood friends. When they are together they bully me. Ranbir behaves very well when he is alone. But, when he is with my brother, he gets into the ‘big brother zone’.
He further said that he was determined to win the game last night and he did. ,And I wanted to speak on the podcast like this that I won, I defeated both of them(I wanted to say this especially on the podcast. I beat both of them),” Varun said.
Meanwhile, talking about his relationship with Rohit Dhawan, Varun said, “My brother has always been a role model for me. He has always walked on the straight path due to which he has had to suffer losses at some point in his life. Because he tries his best to help people and is really a good person. But the world is not very good. I think wherever I have reached today, it is because of my brother.
Baby John is one of the most awaited films of the year and the trailer and songs are enthralling the audience and garnering widespread appreciation. The film features an interesting cast including Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi and others. Salman Khan also appears in a cameo role in the film.
