Ramayan trailer: The Ranbir Kapoor-Yash epic will get a grand launch on July 24
The makers of Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayan have confirmed that the trailer of the film will be released on July 24. The much-awaited mythological epic starring Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sunny Deol and Sai Pallavi in lead roles is all set to kick off its promotional campaign with a grand launch.

The countdown to the trailer launch of director Nitish Tiwari’s much-awaited epic has begun Ramayana Has officially started. After several weeks of speculation, the makers have confirmed that the film’s trailer will be released on July 24, marking the beginning of its promotional campaign.
The announcement has further heightened anticipation for the ambitious mythological epic, with the trailer expected to offer audiences the most detailed look yet at the film’s grand scale, visual spectacle and star-studded cast.

The makers shared a note on Instagram that read, “From India to the world. For thousands of years Ramayana Has inspired generations through his eternal ideals of righteousness, dignity, courage and compassion. Now it starts a new journey. One of India’s greatest civilizational epics, presented to the world on a scale never before seen in Indian cinema.”
He captioned the post and wrote, “From India to the world, the Ramayana The trailer will have its worldwide premiere on July 24, 2026.”
The massive event will give audiences the most comprehensive look yet of the ambitious film, which is reportedly being budgeted at Rs 4,000 crore.
The grand event marks the next major milestone in the film’s promotional journey after months of anticipation generated by its first-look assets and production updates.
The trailer launch of the film is going to be held in New Delhi. Director Nitish Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra are expected to attend the trailer launch along with many of the cast.
The upcoming epic drama stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram, Sai Pallavi as Sita, Ravi Dubey as Lakshman, Rakul Preet Singh as Soorpanakha, Kunal Kapoor as Lord Indra, Yash as Ravana, and Sunny Deol as Hanuman.
Directed by Nitish Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios in collaboration with 8-time Oscar-winning VFX studio DNEG and Yash’s Monster Mind Creations, the two-part epic will release in IMAX worldwide. — Part 1 in Diwali 2026 and Part 2 in Diwali 2027.
