He added, “Many other writers worked on it and the script changed a lot. Even the story was changed a bit.”
‘Game Changer’ faced a lot of criticism and did not perform as expected. The film received a negative review from all the quarters. Talking about the film’s performance in theaters, Karthik said, “You can never define an event that will work for films. No one can say why the film does not join the audience,” she said.
Ram Charan’s ‘Game Changer’ was built on a grand budget by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara works. It was rumored that the budget of the film exceeded Rs 300 crore. However, it earned Rs 180 crore at the box office worldwide.
Director Shankar’s last few films have failed to create an impact at the box office.
