Ram Charan to take pay cut for producer Dil Raju’s next after Game Changer: Report
Ram Charan is likely to do another low-paying film for producer Dil Raju. The decision comes amid the mediocre theatrical performance of the duo’s recently released film Game Changer, directed by Shankar.

Game Changer, produced by Ram Charan and director Dil Raju, is performing moderately in theatres. Now, reports suggest that Charan has agreed to do another film for producer Dil Raju with a significant pay cut. While Game Changer recorded a strong start, its numbers saw a gradual decline. Sankranti Vasthoonam and Daku Maharaj, two other festival releases, are doing well in theatres.
Reports suggest that Game Changer may prove to be a big loss deal for Dil Raju. In an interview before release, Dil Raju claimed that the film was made on a Budget of Rs 450 croreAccording to tracking website SacnilkGame Changer earned Rs 127 crore nett at the domestic box office in 12 days.
Hence, Charan decided to join hands with Dil Raju for another film to cover the losses. However, the RRR actor has a strong line-up of films. He is currently shooting for director Buchi Babu Sana’s RC 16 with Janhvi Kapoor. He is also in talks with some other directors.
If reports are to be believed, Charan has agreed to do a low-remuneration film for Dil Raju. However, an official announcement regarding this is yet to be made.
On the work front, Ram Charan is preparing Next schedule of Buchi Babu Sana’s filmWhich is being considered as a sports drama. The actor has been training hard with fitness coach Shivoham Bhatt to build his physique. This untitled film will be released in theaters later this year.
Director Shankar is expected to complete his work on Kamal Haasan’s Indian 3. He said that it would take him six months to complete the film due to the heavy VFX. After that, he will move towards his dream project Velpari, which will be a three-part film.
