Director and producer Rakesh Roshan recently revealed why he decided to shave his head after his film Khudgarz. The film started under the direction of Roshan.
Director Rakesh Roshan is now playing a bald look for decades. Recently, the director-producer and the former actor revealed why he shaved his head.
Talking with Annie’s Smita Prakash, Roshan shared, “I took a fast to shave my head, and to keep it like this.”
“Khudgarz was my last chance as an actor, director and a producer. If that film did not do well, I wouldn’t sit here. So I took a fast whether the film would have worked, I would have snatched my hair. Then I was wondering if I should do it or not.
Rakesh Roshan has been making news for some time when he first confirmed that he would not direct the high anticipated Krrish 4.
“The day is to come when I have to pass on the baton, it is better that I am in my senses, so that I can ignore this process and find out if he is doing it properly or not, if I am not in my senses, I would not know what they are doing, I do not know what they are doing.”
Rakesh Roshan launched the Krrish franchise with the 2003 Vigyan-Fi film Koi Mil Gaya, which featured Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta. The success of the film gave birth to Krrish starring Krishak Roshan and Priyanka Chopra in 2006. Krrish 3 further strengthened the popularity of the franchise, in 2013, Hrithik, Priyanka, Vivek Oberoi and Kangana Ranaut.
