Defense Minister Rajnath Singh praised Akshay Kumar’s upcoming film Sky Force. The film depicts the bravery of the Indian Air Force during the 1965 war.
Akshay Kumar and the Sky Force team hosted a special screening of the film for Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in Delhi. The film, starring Veer Pahriya alongside Akshay, is based on the true story of Squadron Leader Devayya and other members. Indian Air Force which fought during the Indo-Pak war of 1965.
Rajnath Singh shared pictures from the screening on X and praised the team for bringing such an amazing film. Wishing the team all the best, he wrote, attended the special screening of ‘Sky Force’ along with the CDS and three service chiefs. The film tells the story of bravery, courage and sacrifice of the Indian Air Force during the 1965 war. I commend the makers of the film for their efforts.”

First, Sky Force Team Hosted a special screening for NCC cadets in Delhi. The film’s producers Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik also attended the event. He extended special congratulations to Lieutenant General Gurbirpal Singh and Disha Cell of the Indian Air Force.
Sky Force is Veer’s Bollywood debut film And Sara Ali Khan is seen playing the role of a late soldier’s wife in the film. It is based on the true story of Squadron Leader Devayya and other members Indian Air Force which fought during the Indo-Pak war of 1965. The film is directed by Abhishek Anil Kapoor and produced by Jio Studios and Maddock Films. It is set to hit the screens on January 24 as a big Republic Day release.
