Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Cooli’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraja will be killed in theaters on 14 August. His fans performed several rituals praying for the success of the film at a temple in Madurai.

With a few hours to go for ‘Cool’, the biggest release of the year, Rajinikanth’s fans are preparing for the big day. From performing rituals in temples to the success of the film, from praying for organizing ceremonies in theaters across the country, fans are not leaving any stone in celebrating Thalaor. Directed by ‘Managaram’, ‘Vikram’ and ‘Leo’ fame, Lokesh Kanagaraja, the film is one of the most anticipated films this year.
Next to the film, Rajinikanth’s enthusiastic fans were seen praying at the Velukandha Amman Temple at Thiruparrankram in Tamil Nadu. In addition to offering prayers, fans were seen performing special rituals praying for the success of ‘Coolie’.
Three fans were seen eating food from the floor, a ritual called ‘Mansoru’, followed in Tamil Nadu. He was also seen walking around the temple premises and this ritual is called ‘Angapradakshanam’. Both these rituals are quite common among believers in Tamil Nadu.

‘Kuli’ also stars Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Aamir Khan, Shruti Haasan, Upendra, Saubin Shahir, and Satyaraj with Pooja Hegde in a special song. The film, produced by Sun Pictures and the characteristic of music by Anirudh Ravichender, is certified by CBFC.
The film has been slated for a dramatic release on 14 August ahead of Independence Day weekend. ‘Cool’ will hit the box office with Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR starring, WRF’s ‘War 2’.
