Sources said that veteran actor Rajinikanth was admitted to a private hospital in Chennai late on Monday night.
He said the 73-year-old man may undergo an elective procedure on Tuesday and his condition is stable.
No official information has come yet from Rajinikanth’s family or the hospital.
