Premalu actor Nahnan revealed why he rejected Ajit Kumar’s good bad ugly
During a recent press meet for the film ‘Alappuzha Gymkhana’, Malayalam actor Naslen Gafur revealed why he turned down a role in Ajit Kumar’s ‘Good Bad Bads’. Nahlan is known for Blockbuster Premalu (2024).

The latest film ‘Alappuzha Gymkhana’, the latest film of Malayalam actor Nahnan, is slowly emerging as one of the amazing hits of the Vishu season. In the midst of the increasing discussion, Nahnan revealed that he had rejected a role in Ajit Kumar’s ‘Good Bad Badrut’, which was released on the same day.
During the press meet for the film, a 24 -year -old actor was asked if he had rejected the role in ‘Good Bad Ughut’. He replied, “Yes, this is true. But at that time, I was shooting for ‘Alappuzha Gymkhana’. He had two schedules planned, and it was a big project in which big actors were included. Because, I was already committed to this film, I could not accept the role.” He also revealed that he was offered the role of Ajit’s son.
Initially, the role presented to him eventually went to ‘Sala’ and ‘L2: Imapuran’ actors Kartikeya Dev.
This year’s Vishu festival saw a hurry in the major release from Southern states – from the southern states – ‘Bazuka’ of Mammuti and ‘Maranamas’ of Basil Joseph to Ajit’s ‘Good Bad Bads’.
Nasleen’s ‘Alappuzha Gymkhana’, which hit the screen on 10 April, stood out between Malayalam release. While it entered the holiday race with relatively low noise, the film is constantly receiving traction through the word mouth. On the other hand, ‘Premalu’ actor continues to earn praise for his lead role in the film. The film is a boxing-theme campus drama, directed by filmmaker Khalid Rahman.
Meanwhile, ‘Good Bad Ugly’, directed by Adhik Ravichandran, is an action-comedy with Trisha Krishnan, Arjun Das, Sunil, Priya Prakash Vairyer, Prasanna and Prabhu.
Supported by Mythri filmmakers, ‘Good Bad Ugly’ has already become the highest -grossing Tamil film of 2025, gathering more than Rs 170 crore worldwide worldwide, beating the ‘Dragon’, which earned Rs 152 crore throughout her run.
