From fan edits to online reactions, the scene has become one of the most talked-about movie updates in recent times. Adding to the buzz, many film personalities from different industries have reacted to the poster on social media.
Sharing the poster on Instagram, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga captioned the post, “Indian Cinema. Witness your Ajanubahudu / Ajanubahu. Happy New Year 2026.” (sic) The post immediately gained attention, with many Bollywood actors liking it and joining in.

Those who responded included Katrina Kaif, Kiara Advani, Tamannaah Bhatia and Janhvi Kapoor, all of whom liked the post. Kiara Advani, who previously collaborated with Vanga on Kabir Singh, was among the initial reactions. Actors Vineet Kumar Singh, Veer Pahadia and Rajat Bedi also commented on the post, sharing their excitement about the project.
Soul Prabhas and Tripti Dimri star in the lead roles, while Prakash Raj, Vivek Oberoi and Kanchana play major supporting characters. Korean actor Don Lee, also known as Ma Dong-seok, has reportedly been cast in the film, although the producers have not yet released official confirmation regarding his role.
Earlier, Deepika Padukone was reportedly in talks to play the lead role. However, she later backed out of the project, with reports at the time suggesting differences with the filmmaker over creative choices, work schedule, and remuneration terms.
The shooting of the film began earlier this year with a formal launch ceremony attended by several industry personalities, including Chiranjeevi, who gave the first clap.
