Ponman on OTT: Basil Joseph’s comedy to release on Johotstar
Malayalam actor Besil Joseph’s recently released film Ponman is ready for his OTT debut. The comedy film will be released on Jiohotstar in March.
The first beginning of Jothish Shankar’s direction Ponman, who starred Basil Joseph, is ready for its OTT release. The black comedy, which received a review from critics and spectators, will premiere on Jiohotstar on 14 March.
Jiohotstar announced that Ponman would release on his stage on the occasion of Holi. “While presenting the official trailer of #Ponman starring Basil Joseph, Sajin Gopu, Lijomol and Anand Manamadhan. Special streaming on Jiohotstar from 14 March (SIC), read the caption.

Ponman is adapted to GR Indugopan’s novel Nulanu Cherupakkar and follows a jewel agent in Kollam, which lends to sleep for the bride in exchange for the cash received as a wedding gift.
