PM Modi met Diljit Dosanjh, praised him profusely in ‘memorable conversation’
Diljit, who recently concluded his months-long pan-India Dil-Luminati tour, posted a glimpse of his meeting with the Prime Minister on his Instagram page.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi met acclaimed Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh, calling it “a very memorable interaction”. The Prime Minister shared glimpses of their meeting on social media platform Instagram, highlighting their engaging and enriching interactions.
This was Diljit Dosanjh’s first meeting with PM Modi.
Diljit, who recently concluded his months-long blockbuster Dil-Luminati tour, also met his ex and posted a few pictures from his meeting with the Prime Minister.

Finally, Diljit also presented a poster of his Dil-Luminati tour to India to the Prime Minister.

Dosanjh faced similar challenges in other cities during his tour. In November, he was served a legal notice in Hyderabad for allegedly presenting songs glorifying alcohol and violence. Meanwhile, in Indore he responded to the allegations of selling tickets in the black market.
The singer performed in several cities including Jaipur, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Bengaluru, Indore and Guwahati.
