Pixel 9 Pro official video leaked a few days before its India launch

A tipster with the handle @MysteryLupin has shared an official-looking video of the Pixel 9 Pro, which reveals that Google is all set to introduce two advanced Gemini AI features for the new phone. The short clip shows that Pixel 9 Pro users will be able to take a picture of the ingredients in the fridge and ask Gemini what dish can be made using those ingredients. This looks great, but the question is, how many users will use this in the real world?

However, the second AI feature seems quite useful and is likely to appeal to many. The video shows that the Pixel 9 Pro will also bring an “Add Me” feature to your photos. This basically eliminates the need to ask an outsider to take a group photo. With this feature, you can take a group photo and then click yourself in the same place, after which Google will automatically fit you in the same image. This may seem like a difficult task but the company is quite confident about this addition.

The video also indicates that Google is planning to offer its Pro model in two sizes this time, something that leaks have also revealed. There could be Pixel 9 Pro and 9 Pro XL smartphones. The regular Pixel 9 Pro is rumoured to feature a 6.34-inch OLED display while the 9 Pro XL could come with a 6.73-inch panel.

Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro: High-resolution renders leaked

Tipster Evan Blass has also shared some high-quality images of the Pixel 9 series, showing the upcoming Google phones from every angle. The standard version will have the usual dual rear camera setup and the Pro variant will come with a triple camera setup, but now they will have a boxy design, something we have seen in many phones this year.

On the rear panel, Google has removed the entire horizontal strip at the back in favour of a smaller rear camera module that houses multiple sensors. The module is still quite prominent and is likely to move when the device is placed on a flat surface. The Pixel 9 series will feature a glass back panel with a matte finish to give the user a premium in-hand feel. The Pro has shiny stainless steel frames, while the standard is seen to have aluminium frames.

The regular version can be made available in pink, green, black and beige colors. At the same time, the Pro model can come in gray, pink, black and beige shades. On the front, you will see the typical punch-hole display design. The rest of the details are still unknown.
