At the film’s success celebration, Chiranjeevi revealed that Ram Charan had suffered a serious eye injury while filming an action sequence. He said, “During the shoot, Charan got injured in the eye. I was scared when I saw the photo. He had to get eight stitches, yet he did not back down. We were told that if the injury had been a little lower, he could have lost his eye. Thankfully, it was on his eyebrow.”
Praising his son’s commitment, Chiranjeevi said, “Charan is a star hero’s son; he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He didn’t have to work so hard. He could have just done what the director said and moved on. But he chose hard work.”
The veteran actor also recalled Ram Charan’s drastic transformation at home. He said, “He would wake up at 4 in the morning, train, go to the set, return late at night, have some soup and train again. I asked him if it was necessary, but as an actor, I admire his dedication. It filled me with immense pride.”
