Pawan Kalyan meets fan with rare genetic disorder, provides treatment support
Pawan Kalyan, after knowing about 17-year-old Niranjan’s wish, met him at his Hanumakonda home. He offered help, prayers and support, saying that the teenager had inspired him.

Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and actor Pawan Kalyan visited Hanumakonda in Telangana’s Warangal district on Wednesday to meet 17-year-old fan Niranjan, who is suffering from a rare genetic disorder. While this visit fulfilled Kishore’s long-standing desire to meet the actor, Pawan Kalyan later said that it was Niranjan who inspired him.
Sharing pictures from the trip on Instagram, Pawan Kalyan said that he had seen a video of the teenager, who is “bravely battling a rare disease”, and learned that Niranjan had expressed his heartfelt desire to meet her.

The actor-politician wrote, “I went there believing that I was fulfilling his wish. But in truth, it was Niranjan who inspired me. His courage, resilience and unwavering spirit impressed me greatly.”

Pawan Kalyan visited Niranjan’s house in Hanuman Nagar and spent about 45 minutes with him and his family. They also spoke to the teen’s parents to understand his medical condition and the ongoing treatment.
Niranjan lives with a rare genetic neuromuscular disorder, which has left him bedridden and affected his physical development.
During the visit, Pawan Kalyan hugged Kishore, gave him Prasad from Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Temple and announced financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh for his treatment. He also assured the family that special prayers will be offered at the Bhadrakali temple in Warangal for Niranjan’s recovery.

The actor-politician also watched old videos of Niranjan from his healthy days dancing and imitating him. When Kishore told him that he wanted a pet dog, Pawan Kalyan promised to arrange for a dog.
After learning about the family’s financial struggles, he instructed Jana Sena Party leaders to set up a canteen to help them earn a sustainable livelihood.
In his post, Pawan Kalyan also thanked the Telangana government and local authorities for facilitating the travel. Addressing party workers gathered in Warangal, he expressed his gratitude to the Jana Sainiks and local Jana Sena leaders for the warm welcome and said that their affection and blessings remain a “constant source of strength”.
After meeting Niranjan, Pawan Kalyan offered prayers at the Bhadrakali temple in Warangal.
Meanwhile, the actor-politician was last seen Ustad Bhagat Singh. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film is scheduled to release in theaters in March 2026.
