Opal Sachat Chuangsri of Thailand made history by winning the 72nd Miss World title on 31 May. With a simple desire of the person who would see someone, she brought the Crown Home for the first time. Suchta is now the first woman to win Miss World, which is a proud moment for the country.
In his speech, he said, “I always believe that whatever you are and no matter how old you are, no matter what title you hold in your life, there is always a person next to you, whether he is a child, whether he is an adult, it can also be your own parents, which looks over you in a way.” He said, “The best way to lead people is to lead their grace in your actions.”
Opel Suchta Chuangsri is?
Opal Sukata Chuangasri was born on 30 September 2003 in Phuket, Thailand. He studied at a family of hotel businessmen at the Badhi and Kajoncietsusa School and the Traim Udom Suka School.
She is fluent in Thai, English and Chinese, and is currently studying international relations. She hopes to become an ambassador in the future and is also interested in psychology and anthropology.
He has a unique talent, playing Ukule backwards, and owns many pet cats and dogs. Suchta’s profile inspires him confidently, compassionate and purposefully.
At the age of 16, Opal launched its campaign for them to promote the importance of breast cancer awareness and early detection. This mission was inspired by its own experience with a gentle breast lump which required surgery. “I believe that with the Miss World Title, in the future, I can definitely have more impact and also help other projects, which are needy,” she said during the pageant.
The campaign served as her beauty with an objective project, one of the main segments in the Miss World Pagent. He shared that success, for him, living his life and making a life that is better for the people around you.
Before winning the Miss World 2025, Suchta was crowned Miss World Thailand on 22 April, leaving for the international pageant for Hyderabad. She also represented Thailand in Miss Universe 2024, where she ended as the third runner-up. During that competition, he earned the Voice for Change – Silver Award for his work in advocacy.
