The device is also expected to support 80W fast charging, which should significantly reduce charging time.
On the camera front, the phone may have a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor (Sony’s Litia Lit-600) and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens (Sony IMX355). A 16-megapixel front-facing camera is expected for selfie and video calls. Additional features may include 8GB RAM, up to 256GB storage, an in-display fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, a hybrid SIM slot and a single speaker.
Leaked render suggestions that the Nord CE5 may sport a new design, including a pill -shaped camera module, which we have seen in some iPhone models. The phone can also be launched in a new pink version, giving it a new look in the Nord lineup.
Along with Nord CE5, OnePlus is also asked to work on the successor of Nord 4, which is called OnePlus Nord 5, which is expected to be a rebranded version of the Chinese OnePlus Ace 5 racing version. However, for now, it will be Nord CE 5, which is ready to launch in June.
