MUMBAI: HDB Financial Services, 12,500 crore IPOs, HDFC Bank arm, on June 25, will open for subscription to the price of -700-740 per share.

The Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) on Thursday registered a Red Harring Prospectus (RHP) for the issue with the registrar of the company, according to the exchange filing from the bank.

The issue will close on June 27. Anchor investors will bid for a share on June 24.

The offer will have an offer fur for sale of Rs 10,000 crore from new issues of shares worth Rs 500 2,500 crore and promoter – HDFC Bank.

This issue – the largest by NBFC – Hyundai Motor India’s ₹ 27,870 crore will be India’s largest IPO in October last year.
