Ranbir Kapoor’s sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni was recently seen in the Netflix series Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives. During the promotions of the show, Riddhima talked about the period after the death of her father, actor Rishi Kapoor, when social media users trolled her family for looking happy.

talking to Galata IndiaRiddhima recalls, “Many times people would tell us things like, ‘Oh, they look so happy,’ ‘They are going out or doing this,’ but what they came home to see was What happens? They only see the outside, everything looked great on the face, but they weren’t there to see what we were doing.”

Rishi Kapoor died at the age of 67 on April 30, 2020, after battling leukemia for a few years. Before his death, he had undergone treatment in New York before returning to India.

Riddhima said that just because the family is not showing their pain does not mean that they are not in pain. “Just because someone doesn’t bring it up, doesn’t mean the person isn’t suffering. No suffering is big or small… even when people say a person is privileged or because of his/her Have everything, so how do you know what insecurities the other person is facing?” she said.

Rishi Kapoor was a famous Indian actor who worked in many Bollywood films. He started his career as a child artiste and later debuted in Bollywood with Bobby in 1973. His last film was Sharmaji Namkeen, which was released posthumously in 2022.
