Odissi ticket prices hiked in India, price of premium seats reaches Rs 3,400
Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey is undergoing advance booking in India ahead of its release on July 17. Premium pricing, great reviews and business forecasts have given Oppenheimer a potential head start.
christopher nolan’s odyssey There are still a few days left for its release in India, but the film is already making headlines at the box office. Advance booking has started across the country for the July 17 release, with ticket prices ranging from Rs 150 to Rs 3,400 for premium seats.
Pricing reflects the scale of the film’s theatrical release with cinema chains offering odyssey This type of rollout is usually reserved for major event films. The Matt Damon-led epic is expected to get an even bigger opening than Nolan’s previous film Oppenheimer, which earned Rs 131.73 crore nett in India during its theatrical run in 2023.

tickets for odyssey Sales began in India on June 8, more than a month before release. While the most affordable tickets cost around Rs 150 at some venues, premium recliner and IMAX tickets are significantly more expensive.
Recliner seats at INOX Megaplex in Pune odyssey The price is Rs 3,400. Recliner tickets are available at PVR ICON, Phoenix Palladium in Lower Parel, Mumbai for Rs 3,100. Tickets for PVR IMAX with Laser at Priya in Delhi-NCR are priced at Rs 2,500.
In Bengaluru, a ticket at Cinepolis Nexus Shantiniketan costs Rs 1,950, while a ticket at INOX South City Mall costs Rs 1,240. Shows at some venues start at 8.20 am, while the last shows are scheduled for late at 11:55 pm.
The film’s price has been set amid strong advance demand and growing interest in Nolan’s latest film. Odyssey is the first film shot entirely with IMAX film cameras and has already received a positive response from critics attending its world premiere.
